The owner of the local company. We had a special need and the driver took care of it. They were very professional and courteous.

The overall move and everyone was very helpful. They returned my phone calls and answered all of my questions.

The agent was very personable. The crew took great care of my belongings. The crew was also very personable and courteous.

The movers did what they needed to do, and there was a lot for them to move. I enjoyed having them in my house. The movers were very skillful.

I have used them 3 or 4 times previously. I am missing one vase but I think it is in my storage. It's 3 or 4 foot tall vase that holds tall flowers.

Bill O'Shay was the move coordinator and he is wonderful. Mr.O'Shay is very organized and he kept the move on track. The crew was super polite and willing to do what needed to be done.

I thought the driver and crew was very professional and personable. They were there when they said they'd be. They went the extra mile.

The fact that they did everything they said they would do. There was no surprises, it was on time, and they were very pleasant.

Everything they did they did with care, they are the most efficient. This is our third move, I feel like they took the most care with my stuff and thehouse.

They went out their way to make me feel comfortable about the situation. The driver was a five and the local people were a four.

I gave a ten because of the local agent and the driver of the truck. They had to move a pool table and ship a car.

North American was professional, covered the floors, and everything went really smooth. The crew loaded a couple of items for me. Carlton the coordinator was great. This is my 15 move with North American and they always do a good job.

The packers did what they said they was going to do and they loaded my items with care while being really professional and good.

I was expecting them to get my furniture to me a little bit sooner. They still del it by the timeframe ending.

North American had an overall ease to the process, & the driver was very attentive, and communicative.

The quality of service is great. I appreciate what they do and the way they go by it. Bad company on the load up end. They are terrible. The delivery people were good.

I've used North American before this was my second time. I had a couple special needs in regards to how a couple of items should be packed and my instructions were followed.

The loading and delivery crew was very considerate. I asked the crew to assemble my dining room table. They did a good job. I did the majority of the packing. They were in storage the majority of the summer. Whenever I asked the crew to pack, they did a great job in packing. I asked the crew to assemble my dining room.

EVERYBODY WAS NICE AND MORE COURTEOUS, REALLY GOOD GUYS SHOWED A LOT OF CARE. I DID HAVE ONE DAMAGED PIECE.

The entire move went very well. They did a fabulous job in unpacking the furniture. The streets were so small and curved that they had to park the truck far away. They were absolutely spectacular. They came early. They handled the piano carefully.

I did some internet checking on other movers that claim to do an excellent job & the reviews were horrific. However, I went w/ North American b/c of my past experience.

Communication was good. I was able to get hold of people who called, they came when they were supposed to, they delivered when they were supposed to, and everything was in good shape.

Mostly everything went smoothly. I was given the impression that the delivery would arrive sooner than it did by a few days.

I was very happy w/ the overall service and price. They were supposed to have three guys, but it was only two guys. They did a good job. It just took longer than I expected.

We still have patio tables that are missing, but everything was still very good. I would have liked it to be delivered earlier and we have patio tables that are missing.

From the moment we called North American, everyone from the person on the phone to the people we dealt w/ was very careful and did a great job. North American took precautions to my special clock.

I thought they were very polite, efficient & did everything perfect as far as I'm concerned. They were wonderful. It was a good move, it was done well. The men were gentleman, they courteous & efficient.

The way they care about their jobs and my furniture. Looked for instructions from me and they would do what they were told. They were very careful w/ my floors and put pads under furniture if needed The crew was great at unpacking it. They were very careful and replaced everything. Paid attention to details. They made sure that my carpet was straight and paid attention to detail.

It was the whole experience, The estimator was great. I had several follow up questions that were answered. The entire experience and price.

WHAT MOST INFLUENCED MY RATING, THEY WERE THERE PROMPTLY, PACKED EVERYTHING PROFESSIONALLY AND PUT ALL FURNITURE BACK TOGETHER. JOHN WAS VERY NICE AND DID A VERY NICE JOB LOADING. I GAVE MY PHONE NUMBER TO 2 DIFFERENT PPL THERE. OTHERWISE WE WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN REACHED, BECAUSE ONLY ONE NUMBER WAS CALLED.

They were very good. Everybody answered all of my questions. They delivered to me a little earlier so that made me happier.

The local agent was very respectful and prompt. He followed through on everything he promised. His name was John Smarge.

They were so kind & considerate with my elderly parents. They did everything (including Susan) we asked of them. They made sure we understood the extra incurred costs. They met our needs.

It saved me $1800 over a different quote. Everyone followed through with everything they said they would do. There were a few minor glitches that were straightened out immediately. The supervisor came out to make sure things were going smoothly. They called us along the way. I was very satisfied with them.

North American driver was careful. Overall, the communication was very good. The only caveat was the wrong time window that was given to me for delivery. The driver and crew packed the mirrors and larger items. The move coordinator originally gave me the time window of 8-10am. The driver called and said6-6:30. I wish to have heard straight from driver.

They did a really good job. They were polite and they did it quickly and they delivered our goods in a timely manner.

The overall experience with the people involved the drivers and helpers the people at the transfer and well coordinated. It was an excellent move, timing and pick up and movers were good. The driver was exceptional, called when he would arrive and arrived at that time. His timing very prompt.

The overall service most influenced my rating. They did what was promised and delivered when promised. The crew was very personable and went out of their way to help.
